The Problem

Last month, an owner of a local craft brewery in London emailed me. He said:

We have been looking at platforms that can take our orders that come in from Email, Whatsapp, voicemail etc, convert them in to orders, taking into account that some products have same names but different formats - allowing an admin to confirm and amend and then upload that to our erp product
