# Logistify for Unleashed: Connect ChatGPT and Claude to Your Unleashed Account

> Logistify for Unleashed lets ChatGPT and Claude read your Unleashed data and, if you allow changes, push Logistify sales orders to Unleashed. Its 15 tools look up customers, products, orders, suppliers and warehouses, and make four changes, each one after you say yes.

**Summary:** Can ChatGPT or Claude connect to Unleashed? Yes, through Logistify for Unleashed, a connector (an MCP server) for Unleashed accounts connected to Logistify. Either assistant can look up customers, products, sales orders, suppliers, purchase orders and warehouses. If you tick Allow changes when you connect, it can also push sales orders saved in Logistify to Unleashed and import Unleashed customers, products and sales orders into Logistify. It asks you before each change and changes nothing else in Unleashed. It's free to install.

## What Is Logistify for Unleashed?

Unleashed's own assistant, Evo Copilot, works inside Access Evo, not from ChatGPT or Claude. Unleashed doesn't publish an MCP server of its own, and we found no Unleashed connector for ChatGPT or Claude from Unleashed itself (checked October 23, 2026). Our guides cover [how to use ChatGPT or Claude with Unleashed](https://logistify.ai/guides/unleashed/use-chatgpt-claude-with-unleashed/) and [what Unleashed's own AI does](https://logistify.ai/guides/unleashed/does-unleashed-have-ai/).

Logistify already works inside Unleashed. It [enters customer orders that arrive by email, PDF, Excel or EDI as Unleashed sales orders](https://logistify.ai/agents/sales-order/), creates sales quotes, and [follows up with suppliers on open purchase orders](https://logistify.ai/agents/procurement/). Logistify for Unleashed lets ChatGPT and Claude work through that same Unleashed connection. Unleashed is cloud software, so nothing has to be installed or left running on a computer.

Technically it is an MCP server. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard ChatGPT and Claude use to call tools on another service. Its address is https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp.

## What Can ChatGPT and Claude Do in Unleashed?

They can read your Unleashed account and, if you allowed changes, make four changes. The connector has 15 tools: 11 read and 4 make changes. Six read Unleashed itself. The rest read Logistify's side: the sales orders saved in Logistify, the result of each push, and which Unleashed records are already in Logistify.

| Tool | Reads or changes | What it does | Good to know |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Find Unleashed customers | Reads | Finds customers by text in the customer code or name | If several customers match, the assistant asks you to pick one |
| Find Unleashed products | Reads | Finds products by product code or description | |
| List Unleashed sales orders | Reads | A customer's sales orders, or one order by number | |
| Find Unleashed suppliers | Reads | Browses suppliers, or finds those whose supplier code starts with some text | Unleashed can't search suppliers by name |
| List Unleashed purchase orders | Reads | A supplier's purchase orders, or one by number | |
| List Unleashed warehouses | Reads | The warehouses in the Unleashed account | |
| Find sales orders in Logistify | Reads | Sales orders saved in Logistify, and what is known about pushing each one to Unleashed | How the assistant finds an order before pushing it |
| Check Unleashed push results | Reads | Each order's newest push result | How the assistant confirms an order reached Unleashed |
| Check what is already in Logistify | Reads | Which Unleashed records are already in Logistify | Useful before an import |
| List Unleashed connections | Reads | The company's Unleashed connections in Logistify | Used when a company has more than one. API keys are never shown |
| Show the connected Logistify account | Reads | The Logistify account and company the connection uses | Shows which company you're connected to |
| Push sales orders to Unleashed | Changes | Creates new Unleashed sales orders from orders saved in Logistify | Orders already in Unleashed are left out, and an order with no customer is refused |
| Import Unleashed customers into Logistify | Changes | Brings Unleashed customers into Logistify | Each record is read fresh from Unleashed |
| Import Unleashed products into Logistify | Changes | Brings Unleashed products into Logistify | Each record is read fresh from Unleashed |
| Import Unleashed sales orders into Logistify | Changes | Brings Unleashed sales orders into Logistify | Each record is read fresh from Unleashed |

*The 15 tools in Logistify for Unleashed: 11 read and 4 make changes, November 2026*

Results come one page at a time, so a page isn't the full list or a company total. Unleashed data is read live. If Unleashed doesn't answer, the assistant tells you so instead of showing older records. Order dates come back as calendar days, and amounts and quantities come back exactly as Unleashed sends them, with a missing value left empty rather than shown as zero.

### Questions and requests to try

- Find our customer Wade in Unleashed and show their sales orders.
- What's on sales order SO-1002?
- List the purchase orders from supplier ACME.
- Find products with bracket in the code or description.
- Which warehouses do we have in Unleashed?
- Which of our Logistify orders aren't in Unleashed yet?
- Push order SO-1002 to Unleashed.
- Did order SO-1002 reach Unleashed?
- Import our Unleashed products into Logistify.

It works best for questions about a named customer, supplier, product or order. For company-wide analysis, such as sales across every customer for a year, an Unleashed report or export is still the better tool.

## How Do Changes Work?

A change happens only when the person who connected ticked Allow changes and you say yes to that change. The assistant tells you exactly what will happen and waits for a clear yes. The change then goes through the same checks as Logistify's own buttons and starts the same work.

Say you ask, "Push order SO-1002 to Unleashed." The assistant finds the order in Logistify, tells you which order and customer it will send, and asks you to confirm. After your yes, the push starts. The assistant tells you it has started, then checks the push result, and only says the order is in Unleashed once the result shows it was pushed.

Each change does what the matching Logistify screen does:

- Push sales orders to Unleashed is the Push to Unleashed button on Logistify's orders screen. It creates new sales orders in Unleashed from orders saved in Logistify. Orders already in Unleashed are left out, and an order with no customer is refused.
- Import Unleashed customers, products or sales orders into Logistify are Logistify's Unleashed import screens. They create records in Logistify from records in Unleashed. Each record is read fresh from Unleashed, so Logistify gets Unleashed's own data, never values the assistant typed. The assistant can check what's already in Logistify before and after.

Beyond these, the connector never changes anything in Unleashed: no quotes, no edits or deletes of existing records, no stock adjustments and no purchase orders.

## How Do You Connect Claude to Unleashed?

In Claude, you add it as a custom connector by its web address. [Anthropic's help says custom connectors work](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/11175166-get-started-with-custom-connectors-using-remote-mcp) in Claude, Cowork and Claude Desktop on Free, Pro, Max, Ultra, Team and Enterprise plans, and that Free plans can have only one (checked November 3, 2026).

### Team and Enterprise plans

1. An Owner or Primary Owner opens Organization settings, Connectors, and chooses Add. On Enterprise, someone with a custom role that allows it can do this too.
2. Hover over Custom and choose Web.
3. Name the connector Logistify for Unleashed and enter https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp.
4. Under Authentication, choose Sign in when needed. Under OAuth client, choose Register automatically. Leave Request headers empty.
5. Each member then opens Customize, Connectors, finds the connector and chooses Connect. That opens the Logistify sign-in, where they choose the company and whether to tick Allow changes.

### Pro, Max and other individual plans

Open Customize, Connectors, choose Add, then Add custom connector, and follow steps 3 to 5 above.

## How Do You Connect ChatGPT to Unleashed?

Logistify for Unleashed isn't in OpenAI's plugin directory yet, so a ChatGPT workspace admin adds it as a custom MCP server. [OpenAI's help says custom MCP connections](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/12584461-connecting-custom-mcp-servers-in-chatgpt) are for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise/Edu workspaces on ChatGPT web, and that on Business only admins and owners can add and publish them (checked November 3, 2026).

1. In ChatGPT, open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
2. Name it Logistify for Unleashed, enter https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp, and choose OAuth for authentication.
3. Accept the risk warning, select Create as a plugin, and review the tools ChatGPT finds.
4. An admin or owner publishes it for the workspace. The first time a member uses it, the Logistify sign-in opens, and they choose the company and whether to tick Allow changes.

If you'd like help with any of these steps, [talk to us](https://logistify.ai/get-started/) and we'll walk your admin through it. We keep the current setup steps on the [Unleashed plugin page](https://logistify.ai/plugins/unleashed/).

## Who Can Connect, and How Signing In Works

Before anyone connects, a company admin turns on Assistant Connectors in Logistify, under Settings, Features. Turning it on means the company's Unleashed data can be sent to OpenAI or Anthropic when its people use the connector.

For now, people with the Admin or Customer Success Manager role in Logistify can connect, and they're the ones who can make changes. Each kind of data also follows the role rules of the Logistify screen that shows it: suppliers and purchase orders follow the purchasing screens.

1. The first time the assistant needs Unleashed data, it opens a Logistify sign-in page.
2. Sign in with your usual Logistify login.
3. Choose the company.
4. Decide on the Allow changes box. It starts unticked, and an unticked connection only reads. Tick it if you want the assistant to also push Logistify sales orders to Unleashed and import Unleashed records into Logistify, asking you before each one.
5. Select Connect, then confirm on the consent screen. You're back in ChatGPT or Claude, and the connector is ready.

Each connection works with one company. To work with another company, connect again and choose it. Logistify for Unleashed is free to install; you need a Logistify account with your Unleashed account connected.

## What It Doesn't Do

- It doesn't change anything in Unleashed beyond creating new sales orders from Logistify: no quotes, no edits or deletes of existing records, no stock adjustments and no purchase orders.
- It doesn't change anything unless the person who connected ticked Allow changes, and it doesn't make a change without asking first.
- It doesn't search suppliers by name, because Unleashed doesn't. Browse them, or give the start of the supplier code.
- It doesn't give company totals. Results come a page at a time, so use an Unleashed report when you need a total.
- It isn't listed in OpenAI's plugin directory or Anthropic's Connectors Directory yet. You add it by its web address.
- It covers Unleashed only. For QuickBooks Desktop, see Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop.
- It isn't made or endorsed by Unleashed Software, OpenAI or Anthropic. Logistify builds and runs it.

Our launch post for [Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop](https://logistify.ai/blog/logistify-quickbooks-desktop-connector-chatgpt-claude/) covers the QuickBooks connector.

## Where Does Your Unleashed Data Go?

Logistify reads each answer live from Unleashed, through the connection your company already uses with Logistify, and hands it to the assistant. What the assistant reads is sent to OpenAI or Anthropic and handled under the terms of your ChatGPT or Claude plan. Results leave out addresses, contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, bank details, notes and comments.

Section 4 of our [Privacy Policy](https://logistify.ai/privacy/) covers what the connector collects, who receives it and how long it's kept. Check your company's rules on AI tools before the admin turns it on.

## How Do You Disconnect It?

Any of these stops the connector, for reading and for changes, on its next request:

- Disconnect it in ChatGPT's or Claude's settings.
- In Logistify, open the company, go to Settings, ChatGPT and Claude, Connected assistants, and select Disconnect. The list shows only the open company's connections.
- A company admin turns off Assistant Connectors, which stops every connection.
- The person leaves the company in Logistify.

If something doesn't work, our [support page](https://logistify.ai/support/) lists common problems and how to reach us.

## When You Need the Work Done

The connector lets you ask about your Unleashed account and push or import work Logistify has already prepared. Preparing that work is the job of Logistify's managed services in the same Unleashed account: the [Sales Order Service](https://logistify.ai/agents/sales-order/) turns customer orders from email, PDF, Excel and EDI into Unleashed sales orders and creates sales quotes, and the [Procurement Service](https://logistify.ai/agents/procurement/) follows up with suppliers on open purchase orders.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can ChatGPT connect to Unleashed?

Yes, through Logistify for Unleashed, when your Unleashed account is connected to Logistify. ChatGPT can read customers, products, sales orders, suppliers, purchase orders and warehouses, and with Allow changes it can push Logistify sales orders to Unleashed and import Unleashed records into Logistify, asking first. A ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace admin adds it as a custom MCP server.

### Can Claude connect to Unleashed?

Yes. Add Logistify for Unleashed as a custom connector with the address https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp, then sign in with your Logistify login. Claude can then read your Unleashed data, and if you ticked Allow changes it can push Logistify sales orders and import Unleashed records after asking you.

### Can the connector change my Unleashed data?

Only by creating new sales orders from orders saved in Logistify, and only if Allow changes was ticked when you connected. The assistant asks before each push. It doesn't edit or delete existing Unleashed records, create quotes, adjust stock or create purchase orders. Its other three changes import Unleashed customers, products and sales orders into Logistify.

### Is there an MCP server for Unleashed?

Yes. Logistify for Unleashed is a hosted one for ChatGPT and Claude at https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp. Unleashed doesn't publish an MCP server of its own (checked October 23, 2026).

### How much does Logistify for Unleashed cost?

It's free to install. You need a Logistify account with your Unleashed account connected.

### Who can connect ChatGPT or Claude to our Unleashed account?

A company admin first turns on Assistant Connectors in Logistify under Settings, Features. For now, people with the Admin or Customer Success Manager role can connect and make changes, and each kind of data follows the role rules of the matching Logistify screen.

### Does Unleashed have its own AI assistant?

Yes. Evo Copilot works inside Unleashed's Access Evo and answers questions about your Unleashed data there. It can't be reached from ChatGPT or Claude, which is what Logistify for Unleashed adds.

### Is Logistify for Unleashed in the ChatGPT or Claude directory?

Not yet. It isn't listed in OpenAI's plugin directory or Anthropic's Connectors Directory. You add it by its web address.
