- Each line is compared with the customer's average for that product over past days, weeks, or months, from orders imported from your ERP.
- The check counts what the customer has already ordered in the current period.
- A line above the allowed amount, 15% over the usual quantity to start, stops the order from being sent to the ERP.
- An email lists each flagged product with its average, the quantity on the order, and, where possible, a suggested quantity. A person corrects the quantity or approves an override, then sends the order again.
