ChatGPT and Claude can create sales orders in QuickBooks Desktop and Unleashed
What changed
Ask ChatGPT or Claude for a new order in chat. Logistify creates the sales order and sends it to QuickBooks Desktop or pushes it to Unleashed, after you confirm.
- With Allow changes, Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop can create a sales order and send it to QuickBooks, and Logistify for Unleashed can create a sales order and push it to Unleashed.
- The assistant finds the customer and products, reads the order back with quantities, prices and delivery date, and waits for your yes.
- Each line uses the price you give, else the ERP price when your company turned that on, else the product's price in Logistify. A line with no price, or a customer or product not linked in Logistify, is refused with the reason.
- A retry doesn't create a second order. The assistant checks the order reached QuickBooks or Unleashed before saying so.
