Product Updates

What shipped in Logistify's managed services, newest first.

  1. November 5, 2026

    Platform

ChatGPT and Claude can make Logistify's changes in QuickBooks Desktop and Unleashed

Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop can now send Logistify sales orders to QuickBooks and approve date updates and payment matches. Logistify for Unleashed reads Unleashed data, pushes Logistify sales orders and imports Unleashed records.

    • Tick Allow changes on the Logistify sign-in page to let a connection make changes. Without it, a connection only looks up data.
    • Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop can send a Logistify sales order to QuickBooks, approve a purchase order date update and approve a customer payment match, with the same checks as Logistify's own screens.
    • Logistify for Unleashed, at https://mcp.logistify.ai/unleashed/mcp, looks up customers, products, sales orders, suppliers, purchase orders and warehouses. It can push Logistify sales orders to Unleashed and import Unleashed customers, products and sales orders into Logistify.
    • ChatGPT and Claude ask before each change. A change starts the same work as the matching Logistify button, and the assistant checks the result before calling it done.

See the plugin pages for QuickBooks Desktop and Unleashed for every tool and the setup steps.

  2. November 3, 2026

    Platform

ChatGPT and Claude can read your QuickBooks Desktop data through Logistify

Logistify for QuickBooks Desktop is a read-only connector that lets ChatGPT and Claude look up customers, stock, orders, invoices and payments in a company file connected to Logistify.

    • Add it to Claude as a custom connector, or to a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace as a custom MCP server, at https://mcp.logistify.ai/quickbooks-desktop/mcp.
    • People sign in with their Logistify login and choose one company. A company admin first turns on Assistant Connectors under Settings, Features.
    • Eleven read-only tools cover customers, inventory items and stock, sales orders, vendors, purchase orders with received quantities, invoices with what is still owed, payments received with the invoices they paid, and deposit accounts.
    • It never changes QuickBooks, and QuickBooks has to be open on the company's Windows computer.
    • Disconnect under Settings, ChatGPT and Claude, Connected assistants, or in ChatGPT or Claude.

Read the announcement for what it reads, how to connect it and what it doesn't do.

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service shows when an email order is still adding products

An email order that is still being worked on now says so, so your team knows its product lines are on the way.

    • While products are still being added, the order shows an "Adding products" label and a note above the products table.
    • The order checks again every ten seconds, for up to fifteen minutes.
    • New order notes are written as short labeled lines, with each ordered item on its own line.
  4. Cash application matches bank payments to QuickBooks Desktop and Brightpearl invoices

Upload the day's bank file and each incoming payment is matched to the open invoices it pays, then recorded in QuickBooks Desktop, including Enterprise, or Brightpearl.

    • Upload a bank file as CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, or a photo of a statement. Open any uploaded file again from the Bank files tab.
    • Payments are matched by an invoice number or the customer's own purchase order number in the bank text, or by a payer name someone confirmed before.
    • Payments that may not be from customers, such as transfers between your own accounts or bank interest, are flagged for a person to set aside.
    • In Prepare only, a person approves each match. In Automatic, strong matches under your single-payment and daily limits are recorded on their own.
    • Payments are recorded as a Receive Payment in QuickBooks Desktop or a customer payment in Brightpearl, to the bank account, Undeposited Funds, or payment method you pick by name. Anything unclear waits with a plain reason.
    • Ask the Assistant on the Accounts Receivable page about payments. Approving, recording, or setting aside a payment happens only after you press Confirm on a card.
    • Open a received payment to see its bank line, how the customer was identified, and who approved it.
    • A daily note after 5 p.m. says how many payments came in, how many were recorded, and how many are waiting.

    Procurement Service

Procurement Service turns your written purchasing policy into follow-up rules

Logistify can now read the purchasing policy in your Procurement AI Context and propose rules for late dates, split deliveries, short shipments, and price differences.

    • Press "Read our purchasing policy", and each proposed rule appears beside the sentence it came from.
    • A rule is saved only after a manager presses "Use this value". Every rule starts off.
    • Rules cover how many days late or early a date may be, late purchase orders, clean split deliveries, small short shipments, small price differences, and which date goes to QuickBooks Desktop when a delivery is split.
    • Bank or payment changes, disputes, unapproved senders, and unclear replies still go to a person, whatever the policy says.
  6. October 10, 2026

    Procurement Service

Clearer supplier emails and a purchase history for every purchase order

Supplier follow-ups now lead with the purchase order number and name items the way suppliers know them, and every purchase order keeps a history of each email and decision.

    • Follow-up emails start the subject with the purchase order, for example "Purchase order 1042: please confirm", so suppliers can find the thread.
    • Emails name each item instead of showing QuickBooks line IDs, and quantities no longer carry trailing zeros.
    • Each purchase order has a History tab that lists every email and decision, and who made it.
    • The purchase list shows every expected arrival date, including deliveries split across several days.
  7. October 9, 2026

    Procurement Service

Supplier replies that name a product land on the right purchase order line

When a supplier names a product in a reply, it is now matched to the right line on the purchase order using that supplier's history and your catalog.

    • A product named in a reply is matched against the supplier's past purchase orders first, then against the product catalog.
    • A name that fits no open line, or more than one, waits for a person.
    • Build product matching notes for selected suppliers from their past purchases on the Suppliers page.
    • Replies that couldn't be recorded on their own are grouped under "A reply needs a look". Mark them read, or ask the Assistant to record one on the line you name.
    • Reject a supplier's delivery date with "Reject these dates". QuickBooks Desktop is not changed and no email is sent.
  8. October 7, 2026

    Procurement Service

Procurement Service adds purchase order analytics and supplier performance

Two new Procurement tabs show purchase order totals and how each supplier answers follow-ups.

    • Analytics shows purchase orders, their total value, orders waiting for approval, and ERP send results by day.
    • Supplier performance shows each supplier's timely reply rate, typical reply time, and how often accepted arrival dates moved later.
    • It also shows how many open lines have an accepted promise and how many are past their accepted date.
    • A hands-off report shows how many supplier replies and finished lines needed no person, and why a person was needed when one was.
  9. October 4, 2026

    Procurement Service

Procurement Service adds Prepare only and Automatic purchase order follow-up

Supplier follow-up can now run in Prepare only, where a person approves each email and date, or Automatic, where only the actions a manager switches on run.

    • Automatic covers four actions, each switched on separately: supplier requests and reminders, routine answers, accepting delivery dates, and updating arrival dates in QuickBooks Desktop.
    • Bank or payment changes, delivery address changes, payment term changes, and disputes always go to a person.
    • Delivery tracking follows partial receipts and split deliveries until the goods arrive or the purchase order is closed.
    • Pause follow-ups for the whole company, one supplier, or one purchase order. Daily sending limits apply to every supplier email.
    • An out-of-office reply sets a later check, and a bounced email opens a task to fix the supplier's contact.
  10. September 26, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service splits emails that contain several purchase orders

When one email carries several customer orders, each clear order now becomes its own sales order.

    • Spreadsheet rows are grouped by customer and order number. In a PDF, Word file, or picture, pages that continue the same order stay together.
    • Each order gets only its own lines and the email instructions that apply to it.
    • The original file is linked to every sales order made from it.
    • Possible copies, such as a PDF and a spreadsheet with the same customer and order number, wait for a person instead of becoming two orders.
  11. September 23, 2026

    Procurement Service

Procurement Assistant edits and sends supplier follow-ups from your own Gmail

An Assistant on the Open Purchase Orders page can now answer questions, edit drafts, and do the follow-up steps you ask for, and supplier emails can go out from your company's Gmail.

    • Ask the Assistant about any purchase order or supplier email on the page.
    • Ask it to edit a follow-up draft. Drafts are written the way your company already writes to suppliers.
    • When you ask, it can file mail on a purchase order, accept or keep a difference, send a confirmed follow-up, and update the arrival date if your settings allow it.
    • Connect your company's Gmail mailbox so supplier follow-ups come from your own address.
    • Each supplier can have its own notes and instructions that the Assistant uses.
  12. September 21, 2026

    Procurement Service

Procurement Service tracks open QuickBooks Desktop purchase orders and supplier replies

A new Open Purchase Orders desk shows each open QuickBooks Desktop purchase order with its supplier mail, promises, and drafted follow-ups in one place.

    • Vendors, items, and open purchase orders are pulled from QuickBooks Desktop.
    • Supplier mail forwarded to a dedicated purchase order address is matched to the right purchase order. Mail that can't be placed waits under "Needs a look".
    • A reply that matches the quantity, date, and price becomes a supplier promise. A later date or a price change waits for a person.
    • Follow-up emails are drafted for each line and sent only when a person confirms them.
    • After a promise is accepted, one button updates the expected date in QuickBooks Desktop. Quantity and price are not written.
  13. September 13, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service swaps archived, out-of-stock, or new-vintage products by rule

You can now set rules that replace a requested product with another one while the order is matched.

    • Replace a requested product with a specific product, or with the next available version, such as a new vintage year or season.
    • A rule can apply always, only when the requested product is archived or out of stock, or between two dates.
    • A rule can cover one brand, selected products, or all vintage wines.
    • A rule can also be limited to a pack type, such as keg, bottle, or can.
  14. Product Catalog Cleanup sends correction workbooks for answers only you can give

Catalog problems that need your input are now grouped and sent to you as workbooks, and your returned answers are applied to the catalog.

    • Problems such as missing product names or codes, repeated codes, and invalid barcodes are grouped, with one workbook per group.
    • Each row shows the spreadsheet row, the current name and code, and what is wrong.
    • When you send the workbook back, your answers are applied to the catalog, and returned barcodes are checked again.
    • Your catalog rules, such as how titles are built or which source to trust, can be given in plain English. Each rule is previewed before it is applied.
  15. Product Catalog Cleanup turns product spreadsheets into clean files and Shopify drafts

Send us a product spreadsheet and we return a checked, cleaned catalog as files, with optional unpublished drafts in your Shopify store.

    • We read your CSV or Excel file, match its columns to product fields, and check every row.
    • Checks find missing names and product codes, repeated product codes and barcodes, invalid barcodes, empty or invalid picture links, unit wording the catalog doesn't recognize, such as "PC" or "4 PK", and products with no category.
    • Where a row links to the maker's or supplier's product page, details such as brand or part number can be copied from it as suggestions a person accepts.
    • You get a master workbook, a Shopify CSV, and reports on issues, research, column mapping, and the run.
    • Approved products can be saved to Shopify as unpublished drafts, a small first batch before the rest. Existing Shopify products are never changed.

    Sales Order Service

Sales order lines use the Brightpearl tax code your company chooses

Tax codes can now be brought in from Brightpearl, and each sales order line is saved and sent with the tax your company picks.

    • Import your tax codes from Brightpearl into Logistify, and refresh them when they change.
    • Choose the tax that sales order lines should use.
    • Each line saves the tax amount worked out from that tax code.
    • Sales orders sent to Brightpearl use that tax code on each line.
  17. August 12, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service matches products from customer history, then your full catalog

Every order line is now matched against the customer's past orders first and then against your whole product catalog, and only lines neither can settle go to a person.

    • Each line is matched against the customer's past orders first, then against the full product catalog if history doesn't settle it.
    • Customers with no order history are matched straight against the catalog.
    • Only safely matched lines are added to the order. The escalation email lists each unmatched product with the reason it needs review.
    • An order with an unmatched product is not sent to the ERP until someone reviews it.
  18. August 5, 2026

    Sales Order Service

QuickBooks Desktop imports bring every ship-to address and only your active records

Customers imported from QuickBooks Desktop now bring all their ship-to addresses, and you can import just the customers and products on your active list.

    • Each customer imported from QuickBooks Desktop brings its main ship-to address and every alternate ship-to address, with the default marked.
    • Ship-to text on new orders can then be matched to those QuickBooks Desktop addresses.
    • Upload a list of active customer or product IDs to import only those records, with a preview first and records already in Logistify skipped.
    • Active-list imports, already available for Brightpearl, Odoo, and Unleashed, now also work for QuickBooks Desktop and Breww.
  19. August 4, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service holds orders with unusual quantities before they reach your ERP

Order lines can now be compared with what that customer usually orders, and a quantity well above normal holds the order before it goes to QuickBooks Desktop or another ERP.

    • Each line is compared with the customer's average for that product over past days, weeks, or months, from orders imported from your ERP.
    • The check counts what the customer has already ordered in the current period.
    • A line above the allowed amount, 15% over the usual quantity to start, stops the order from being sent to the ERP.
    • An email lists each flagged product with its average, the quantity on the order, and, where possible, a suggested quantity. A person corrects the quantity or approves an override, then sends the order again.
  20. August 3, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service checks order prices and fills gaps from Brightpearl price lists

Each order line now keeps only the price the customer actually wrote, and a missing price comes from the customer's price list in Brightpearl.

    • A line keeps a price only when the order states it for that product, and two separate checks must agree on it.
    • When the order shows a line total but no unit price, the unit price is worked out from that total once the quantity is final.
    • When the order has no price, it comes from the customer's Brightpearl price list, including quantity price breaks. Without ERP pricing switched on, the Logistify product price is used.
    • When the checks disagree or can't tell, the order waits for review and is not sent to the ERP.
  21. July 27, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Brightpearl orders get the matched delivery address and the right sales channel

Sales orders sent to Brightpearl now use the delivery address matched on the order and the channel set by the customer's Customer Type.

    • Brightpearl customer addresses are imported as saved delivery addresses.
    • Each company can choose to save new ship-to addresses from incoming orders to the customer's address book. This starts off.
    • When that choice is on, an address matched on an order that isn't on the customer in Brightpearl yet is added there too.
    • Each sales order gets its Brightpearl channel from the customer's Customer Type field. With no clear match, Brightpearl uses its default channel.
  22. July 18, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service reads only the newest message in email order threads

Email order intake now works out which message in a thread is new, so replies and quoted history don't create orders twice.

    • A forwarded purchase order is processed even when the person forwarding it adds no note.
    • A reply that confirms, thanks, asks a question, changes, or cancels an existing order does not create a new order.
    • An order quoted further down a reply thread is not created again.
    • A reply creates a new order only when it clearly asks for a new or separate order.
  23. July 16, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service checks pack sizes, case conversions, and delivery fees

Order lines are now checked against pack size and your case conversion rules, and your delivery fee rule is applied or waived on each order.

    • A line waits for review when the order asks for cans, bottles, or cases but the matched product is a keg or other bulk container, or the other way round.
    • Case, carton, and pack-size rules from your order instructions are applied to quantities and checked against the line totals on the purchase order.
    • Pack sizes are never guessed, and no default case quantity is used.
    • Your delivery fee is added as an order fee or as a delivery product line, as your order instructions say.
    • The fee is waived when the order meets your free-delivery conditions, such as a minimum number of bottles, a minimum order total before tax, or a minimum number of cases of named brands.
  24. Unleashed sales orders by CSV file, and sales quotes from Unleashed

Companies on Unleashed can now move products, customers, and sales orders in and out of Logistify with Unleashed CSV files, and import sales quotes from Unleashed.

    • Upload Unleashed CSV exports of products, customers, delivery addresses, or sales orders. A check-only run reports on each row before anything is created.
    • Rows already in Logistify are skipped.
    • Export selected sales orders as an Unleashed CSV to upload into Unleashed, then mark them as uploaded.
    • Import sales quotes from Unleashed into Logistify, and export quotes as a CSV or Excel file.
  25. June 26, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service skips duplicate purchase orders sent by email

The same purchase order arriving twice by email no longer creates a second sales order.

    • An email delivered twice is processed only once.
    • When an email order has the same customer and customer purchase order number as an earlier email order, no new order is created, and the assistant names the existing order.
  26. June 24, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Brightpearl variant matching, and order files sent to Brightpearl and ERPNext

Brightpearl product options now help match order lines, and sales orders sent to Brightpearl and ERPNext keep a link to the customer's original order.

    • Product option values from Brightpearl, such as a size, are imported with each product and used when matching order lines.
    • Sales orders sent to Brightpearl get a private note with the order notes and links to the original order files.
    • Sales orders sent to ERPNext include the original order files as attachments.
  27. Sales Order Service takes WhatsApp orders through a product order form

Customers who message ORDER on WhatsApp now get a short form to pick products and quantities, and the completed form becomes a sales order.

    • Customers open the form by sending a message such as "ORDER", "New order", or "Place order".
    • The form lists your active products in drop-down menus, with a quantity for each, up to five products per order.
    • Customers can choose one of their saved delivery addresses.
    • The completed form goes through the same steps as a typed WhatsApp order.
  28. Sales Order Service learns each customer's usual products from past ERP orders

Past sales orders can now be imported from your ERP and turned into a list of the products each customer usually buys, which product matching uses on new orders.

    • Import past sales orders from QuickBooks Desktop, Brightpearl, Unleashed, Odoo, or Breww, six months back by default and up to 36 months.
    • Ask the assistant which customers order most, to choose who to set up first.
    • For the customers you pick, Logistify lists the products each one orders regularly, often, or occasionally.
    • New orders from those customers are matched against that list first.
  29. May 14, 2026

    Platform

Schedule recurring reports by email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams

Ask the assistant to run a task on a schedule, and it sends the result to your team by email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams each time it runs.

    • Set a task to run once, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, at a time you choose.
    • Each run sends its report straight away, without waiting for someone to confirm it.
    • Report emails come from Logistify AI to your team, separate from the business mailbox you use with customers and suppliers.
  30. April 29, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service attachment rules for PDF and spreadsheet purchase orders

Each company can now decide which incoming messages count as orders based on their attachments, such as requiring a PDF purchase order.

    • Require at least one attachment before an incoming message is processed as an order.
    • When a message has attachments, process it as an order only if at least one is a file type you choose, for example PDF or XLSX.
    • The same rules apply to orders from email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, voicemail, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
  31. April 28, 2026

    Platform

Work with Logistify from Slack and Microsoft Teams

You can now message the Logistify assistant from Slack and Microsoft Teams, send it files, and approve its actions without leaving the chat.

    • Add the Logistify app to your Slack workspace or Microsoft 365 organization, then message it directly or @mention it in a channel.
    • Files you share in the chat, such as a purchase order PDF, are attached to the conversation.
    • When an action needs your approval, Slack shows Approve and Deny buttons and Teams shows an approval card.
    • In Slack, the /logistify command runs a request, and /logistify link connects your Slack user to your Logistify account.
  32. April 21, 2026

    Sales Order Service

Sales Order Service matches ship-to addresses on orders for Unleashed and Odoo

Orders that name a delivery location are now matched to one of the customer's saved ship-to addresses, and that address goes to Unleashed or Odoo with the sales order.

    • Each customer can have several saved delivery addresses, imported from their Unleashed or Odoo customer record.
    • When a purchase order or message says where to deliver, that text is matched to one of the customer's saved addresses.
    • An address that is unclear, or that fits more than one location, is not attached on a guess.
    • Sales orders sent to Unleashed fill in the delivery address fields, and sales orders sent to Odoo set the shipping address.
