We don't sell another SaaS tool or platform. We are a managed AI service. We do the recurring work, review exceptions, and return the finished results through your existing systems.

A clean catalog makes every order smarter. The Product Catalog service, included in every plan, normalizes product data, detects duplicates, and returns channel-ready records so sales orders can be matched accurately. See how the service works →
Need reconciliation across your systems? Connecting your existing systems and reconciling conflicting records across QuickBooks, ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets requires a scoped engagement. The System Integration service is available on the Enterprise plan only. Talk with us to scope your service.
Using QuickBooks Desktop or TallyPrime? Both require a deeper on-premise connection and are only supported on the Business and Enterprise plans. Cloud ERPs, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Unleashed, and BREWW, are available on all plans, including Starter.

Answers to the questions we hear most.
No. Logistify is a managed AI service. We use our own tools, AI Agents, and Human Reviewers to do the recurring work for you, then return the completed work through the systems your team already uses. Your team receives finished orders, clean product catalogs, processed documents, or reconciled records instead of another app to operate.
A completed task is one piece of work finished and returned through your existing system, such as a sales order entered into your ERP, a product catalog cleaned, a document processed, a dock appointment booked, or an invoice matched. Work that is rejected during review does not count.
Starter, Growth, and Business include Sales Order, Product Catalog, Accounts Receivable, Dock Scheduling, and Procurement workflows. Growth and Business also include custom ERP connections where your workflow requires them. Enterprise adds the System Integration service, custom workflows, and a dedicated service team.
You give Logistify access to the channels where the work already arrives, such as a shared inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, or document folder. We also connect to the ERP, accounting, inventory, WMS, CRM, or ecommerce system where the finished record belongs. Access is scoped to the workflow we manage.
Yes. QuickBooks Desktop requires a deeper integration than QuickBooks Online, so support is available on Business and Enterprise. QuickBooks Online is supported on all plans, including Starter.
Yes. TallyPrime requires a deeper on-premise integration layer, so support is available on Business and Enterprise.
Logistify works with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, TallyPrime, Unleashed, BREWW, SYSPRO, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other business systems. We use the connection method that fits your setup, including APIs, email, file imports, and supported desktop bridges.
Our humans, who are supply chain specialists, review the work. AI Agents process the routine parts of the workflow, while our specialists check exceptions, ambiguous records, unusual pricing, missing information, and other cases that need judgment before the result is approved.
You can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
Many standard workflows can begin within hours once access and sample work are available. Enterprise onboarding, including custom integrations and security reviews, typically takes 1–3 days. A personal onboarding manager helps your team get started.
Tell us which recurring handoff is causing trouble, which systems are involved, and what completed result you need back. We define the service around that workflow, review sample work, set up access, and explain the first implementation step.
