Sales Order Service attachment rules for PDF and spreadsheet purchase orders
What changed
Each company can now decide which incoming messages count as orders based on their attachments, such as requiring a PDF purchase order.
- Require at least one attachment before an incoming message is processed as an order.
- When a message has attachments, process it as an order only if at least one is a file type you choose, for example PDF or XLSX.
- The same rules apply to orders from email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, voicemail, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
