Sales Order Service learns each customer's usual products from past ERP orders
What changed
Past sales orders can now be imported from your ERP and turned into a list of the products each customer usually buys, which product matching uses on new orders.
- Import past sales orders from QuickBooks Desktop, Brightpearl, Unleashed, Odoo, or Breww, six months back by default and up to 36 months.
- Ask the assistant which customers order most, to choose who to set up first.
- For the customers you pick, Logistify lists the products each one orders regularly, often, or occasionally.
- New orders from those customers are matched against that list first.
