Sales Order Service swaps archived, out-of-stock, or new-vintage products by rule
What changed
You can now set rules that replace a requested product with another one while the order is matched.
- Replace a requested product with a specific product, or with the next available version, such as a new vintage year or season.
- A rule can apply always, only when the requested product is archived or out of stock, or between two dates.
- A rule can cover one brand, selected products, or all vintage wines.
- A rule can also be limited to a pack type, such as keg, bottle, or can.
