Procurement Assistant edits and sends supplier follow-ups from your own Gmail
What changed
An Assistant on the Open Purchase Orders page can now answer questions, edit drafts, and do the follow-up steps you ask for, and supplier emails can go out from your company's Gmail.
- Ask the Assistant about any purchase order or supplier email on the page.
- Ask it to edit a follow-up draft. Drafts are written the way your company already writes to suppliers.
- When you ask, it can file mail on a purchase order, accept or keep a difference, send a confirmed follow-up, and update the arrival date if your settings allow it.
- Connect your company's Gmail mailbox so supplier follow-ups come from your own address.
- Each supplier can have its own notes and instructions that the Assistant uses.
