Procurement Service adds Prepare only and Automatic purchase order follow-up
What changed
Supplier follow-up can now run in Prepare only, where a person approves each email and date, or Automatic, where only the actions a manager switches on run.
- Automatic covers four actions, each switched on separately: supplier requests and reminders, routine answers, accepting delivery dates, and updating arrival dates in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Bank or payment changes, delivery address changes, payment term changes, and disputes always go to a person.
- Delivery tracking follows partial receipts and split deliveries until the goods arrive or the purchase order is closed.
- Pause follow-ups for the whole company, one supplier, or one purchase order. Daily sending limits apply to every supplier email.
- An out-of-office reply sets a later check, and a bounced email opens a task to fix the supplier's contact.
