Procurement Service adds purchase order analytics and supplier performance
What changed
Two new Procurement tabs show purchase order totals and how each supplier answers follow-ups.
- Analytics shows purchase orders, their total value, orders waiting for approval, and ERP send results by day.
- Supplier performance shows each supplier's timely reply rate, typical reply time, and how often accepted arrival dates moved later.
- It also shows how many open lines have an accepted promise and how many are past their accepted date.
- A hands-off report shows how many supplier replies and finished lines needed no person, and why a person was needed when one was.
