Clearer supplier emails and a purchase history for every purchase order
What changed
Supplier follow-ups now lead with the purchase order number and name items the way suppliers know them, and every purchase order keeps a history of each email and decision.
- Follow-up emails start the subject with the purchase order, for example "Purchase order 1042: please confirm", so suppliers can find the thread.
- Emails name each item instead of showing QuickBooks line IDs, and quantities no longer carry trailing zeros.
- Each purchase order has a History tab that lists every email and decision, and who made it.
- The purchase list shows every expected arrival date, including deliveries split across several days.
