HighRadius vs Logistify AI for Cash Application (2026)
Who should choose which
Choose HighRadius if you are a mid-market or enterprise company, which HighRadius defines as $100 million to $10 billion in revenue, on SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Dynamics, with an AR team that wants credit, collections, cash application and deductions in one platform. Choose Logistify AI if you are a manufacturer or distributor on QuickBooks Desktop or Brightpearl and want customer payments matched and recorded for you from your bank file. HighRadius says it doesn't support QuickBooks Desktop: it supports QuickBooks Online and Intuit Enterprise Suite only.

QuickBooks Desktop: the biggest difference
HighRadius answers the question directly on its QuickBooks page: it doesn't support QuickBooks Desktop, because Desktop runs on a different technology stack, and it supports QuickBooks Online and Intuit Enterprise Suite only. Logistify reads open invoices from QuickBooks Desktop, including Enterprise, through the QuickBooks Web Connector, matches the payments in your bank file to them, and records each one as a Receive Payment. In Brightpearl it records a customer payment against each sales order. Logistify covers cash application, not collections: it doesn't send reminders, read remittance emails or connect to your bank directly yet.
