Unleashed Pricing Explained: Lite, Core, Pro, Order Limits, Add-ons and Onboarding (2026)

Where Logistify AI fits

Logistify works alongside Unleashed. It is a managed service, not an inventory system, and it doesn't replace Unleashed, Cin7 Core, Katana or Xero. With Unleashed, the Sales Order Service enters customer orders that arrive by email, PDF, Excel, EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail or paper as sales orders, creates sales quotes for quote requests, and replies to the buyer with the quantity available on each line. The Procurement Service follows up with suppliers on open purchase orders. The Accounts Receivable Service matches payments from your bank file to open invoices and records them in Xero or QuickBooks Online, whichever you use. Logistify operates in every region where Unleashed is sold. Logistify's own prices are on its pricing page.

• It doesn't do stocktakes, stock adjustments, warehouse transfers or assemblies in Unleashed, and it doesn't create, receipt or return purchase orders.
• It doesn't choose a warehouse or set batch numbers, serial numbers, bins or units of measure on orders.
• It doesn't chase customers for payment.

What do Core and Pro include?

Both plans include inventory management (multi-warehouse, warehouse transfers, Stock Counts, multiple units of measure, batch and serial tracking, stock adjustments and landed costs), sales order management (sales orders, quotes, invoicing, credit notes, backorders, shipments and allocations) and purchasing (purchase orders, receipting, recosting after receipt and supplier returns). Both connect to Xero and QuickBooks Online. Core includes 3 users, 3 e-commerce integrations and 250,000 API calls a month. Pro includes 5 users, 5 integrations and 500,000 API calls.

Is Unleashed Lite available in the UK, Australia or New Zealand?

No. Lite is listed only on Unleashed's US pricing page, at US$99 a month excluding taxes. The UK, Australian and New Zealand pricing pages list Core and Pro only, and Unleashed's help center says the Lite plan is only available to US customers. Lite is limited to one warehouse, has no Production module, no serial or batch tracking and no sales quotes, and includes 3 users and 125,000 API calls a month.

How many sales orders does each plan include?

Every plan includes 100 sales orders a month. Above that you pay for a bundle. Unleashed's help center says your bundle is set from your current volume when you move to a Suites plan, and moves up a tier if you go over it for three months in a row; one-off peaks don't trigger a change. A bundle doesn't move down on its own: you ask your Account Manager for a review. Orders from native e-commerce integrations such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or Lightspeed can be excluded from the count with the Integrated Channel Orders add-on.

Which modules cost extra?

Other extras on the pricing pages: Core and Pro include 10GB of file storage, and another 10GB costs £29 or $29 a month. An extra API bundle costs £119 / A$159 / NZ$159 on Core (250,000 calls) and £179 / A$239 / NZ$239 on Pro (500,000 calls). The help center says you can add only one extra API bundle, and requests are blocked once the monthly limit is reached, until it resets on the 1st of the month.

What do onboarding and support cost?

Standard support includes live chat, phone support and 4 support-enabled users. Premier adds a dedicated customer success manager and 8 support-enabled users; the UK page also lists 8 hours of consultancy time on Premier.

How do upgrades, annual billing and cancellation work?

• Only the Account Owner can upgrade the plan or add users, modules or API bundles, from Settings > Billing. Upgrades apply straight away, with a pro-rated charge on the next invoice.
• Downgrades, removing users or modules, and cancellations go to Unleashed support from the Account Owner, with 30 days' notice.
• A monthly plan can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. An annual plan can be cancelled at the end of its 12-month term with the same notice.
• Unleashed invoices in NZD, AUD, USD or GBP, and offers a 14-day free trial.

Who should choose which plan

• Core: a wholesaler or distributor with up to 3 users that doesn't assemble products, or only needs the Production module.
• Pro: a business that needs Production, AIM forecasting, multi-bin warehouse management and Access Analytics, which are all included on Pro. At UK prices, Core plus those four modules costs £565 a month (£269 + £49 + £99 + £99 + £49), against £499 for Pro; in Australia and New Zealand, $875 against $819. Core with only one or two of them costs less than Pro, so price the modules you need.
• Lite: a small US business with one warehouse that doesn't need assemblies, batch or serial tracking, or sales quotes.
• If your order volume is high, add the sales order bundle to the plan price before you compare Unleashed with other systems.
