Versapay vs Logistify AI for Cash Application (2026)

Who should choose which

Choose Logistify AI if you are a manufacturer or distributor on QuickBooks Desktop or Brightpearl and want payments from your bank file matched and recorded for you. QuickBooks Desktop: the biggest difference

Versapay's integrations pages list NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage Intacct and MRI, with projects for larger ERPs. QuickBooks, Xero and Brightpearl aren't listed. Logistify reads open invoices from QuickBooks Desktop, including Enterprise, through the QuickBooks Web Connector, matches the payments in your bank file, and records each one as a Receive Payment. In Brightpearl it records a customer payment against each sales order. Logistify covers cash application, not collections: it doesn't send reminders, read remittance emails or connect to your bank directly yet.
