WizCommerce vs Logistify AI for Order Entry (2026)

Who should choose which

Choose WizCommerce if you want a wholesale sales platform: a B2B buyer portal, a sales rep and trade-show app, payments and an AI order entry assistant in one product. Choose Logistify AI if you want the order entry done for you without adopting a new platform, your customers order by WhatsApp, text or voicemail, or you also want customer payments and supplier follow-up handled in QuickBooks Desktop. Both write sales orders into QuickBooks Desktop.

Where WizCommerce is stronger

  • A full sales front end: a B2B buyer portal, a sales rep app for trade shows and the road, and payments.
  • QuickBooks Desktop price levels and inventory synced into its own catalog and portal.
  • One platform for selling and order capture if you want your customers to order online.

Where Logistify AI is stronger

  • Nothing for your customers or reps to adopt. Customers keep ordering the way they do now, and Logistify does the entry.
  • WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail and recorded calls read directly, where WizCommerce documents manual upload for WhatsApp, text and fax orders.
  • More than orders in QuickBooks Desktop: customer payments recorded against open invoices and supplier follow-up on open purchase orders.
  • Built for smaller volumes too. WizCommerce says it isn't a primary fit for single-rep businesses with very low order volume.

On QuickBooks Desktop

Both write sales orders into QuickBooks Desktop, and both rely on the computer with QuickBooks staying on. WizCommerce also syncs price levels and inventory into its platform. Logistify reads your customers, items and past sales orders and uses each customer's order history to pick the right product. It doesn't read EDI or fax, and on QuickBooks Desktop it doesn't set price levels, inventory sites, or lot or serial numbers on the sales order.

Logistify enters customer orders as sales orders, and on QuickBooks Desktop the same service can also record customer payments against open invoices and follow up with suppliers on open purchase orders.

How to try Logistify

  1. 1Pick one workflow, usually orders that arrive by email for one ERP company file.
  2. 2Forward a week of real orders, including the messy ones, so product matching is set up from your catalog and each customer's past orders.
  3. 3Run the 30-day pilot ($1,000, up to 150 completed tasks) while your current process keeps running, and compare the orders side by side.
  4. 4Keep going on Core or Business if it works; the pilot fee is credited if you sign an annual plan within 14 days.
