Parseur, Docparser, Nanonets and Rossum vs AI Order Entry for QuickBooks Desktop (2026)
Who should choose which
Choose a document parser if you have someone to build the automation and want order data in a spreadsheet or a cloud system: Parseur and Docparser are self-serve from $49 and $39 a month, and Nanonets and Rossum push orders into ERPs such as SAP and NetSuite. Choose Logistify AI if you run QuickBooks Desktop: none of the four documents creating sales orders there, and Zapier doesn't support Desktop. Logistify reads the order and enters the sales order.
Side by side

Its QuickBooks guide goes through Zapier to QuickBooks Online | Published: free for 20 pages a month; Micro $49 a month for 100 pages |

Its QuickBooks page creates QuickBooks Online invoices through Zapier | Published: Starter $39 a month, or $32.50 billed yearly, for 100 documents of up to 5 pages. 14-day trial |
| Nanonets | AI agents for business processes, including an order management agent that reads customer POs and maps their part numbers to your SKUs | Creates the sales order in SAP, NetSuite or your order management system; connectors for SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle and others | No. Its QuickBooks integration covers accounts payable: bills, expenses and payments | Usage-based: $50 in free credits, then $100 a month for 100 credits. ERP integrations on the quote-only Growth plan |

A 30-day pilot costs $1,000 |
The QuickBooks Desktop gap
A parser's job ends when the data is extracted. To become a sales order, the data still has to reach your accounting system, and for Parseur and Docparser that route is usually Zapier, Make or Power Automate. Zapier's QuickBooks page says QuickBooks Desktop is not supported on Zapier, and its QuickBooks Online actions cover invoices, sales receipts, estimates and purchase orders, not sales orders. Nanonets' QuickBooks integration is for accounts payable, and its order agent creates sales orders in SAP, NetSuite or an order management system. Rossum lists QuickBooks only among its add-on integrations.
QuickBooks Desktop has no built-in sales order import either, so on Desktop the extracted data ends up in a spreadsheet that someone still has to enter or import. Logistify creates the sales order in QuickBooks Desktop, including Enterprise, through the QuickBooks Web Connector.
What document parsers do well
- Parseur and Docparser are cheap and self-serve, with published prices and free tiers or trials.
- They handle many document types, not just orders: invoices, receipts, forms and more.
- Outputs are flexible: spreadsheets, Google Sheets, webhooks, APIs and automation platforms.
- Nanonets and Rossum go further on ERPs such as SAP and NetSuite: they validate orders and push them in, and Nanonets drafts the order confirmation.
What you still own with a parser
- Building and maintaining the hand-off from the parser to your accounting system.
- Matching customer part numbers and descriptions to your items, unless the tool does it for your ERP.
- With a rules-based parser such as Docparser, setting up rules for each new order layout.
- Watching for orders that failed or went in wrong.
Logistify AI: the order entered for you
Logistify is a managed service for manufacturers and distributors. It reads orders from email (the message and PDF, Word, Excel or CSV attachments), scans and photos, WhatsApp, SMS and voicemail, matches each line to your items using your catalog and that customer's past orders, and enters the sales order. An unmatched product, a price that doesn't add up or an unusual quantity holds the order for your team with the reason. It doesn't read EDI or fax, and on QuickBooks Desktop it doesn't set price levels, inventory sites, or lot or serial numbers on the sales order.

How to try Logistify
- 1Pick one workflow, usually orders that arrive by email for one ERP company file.
- 2Forward a week of real orders, including the messy ones, so product matching is set up from your catalog and each customer's past orders.
- 3Run the 30-day pilot ($1,000, up to 150 completed tasks) while your current process keeps running, and compare the orders side by side.
- 4Keep going on Core or Business if it works; the pilot fee is credited if you sign an annual plan within 14 days.
