AI Order Entry Tools for Unleashed (2026): Seven Options Compared

Who should choose which

Few AI order entry tools name Unleashed on their own sites. Logistify suits teams that want orders from email, PDF, Excel, EDI, WhatsApp, SMS and voicemail entered for them as a managed service. TierCommerce and Ordermentum suit wholesalers who also want a customer ordering platform. Fresho OrderPilot suits fresh food wholesalers. AI Order Entry and Zestcode suit emailed POs, as a reviewed draft or a bespoke build you own. Crossfire suits retailer EDI.

Which tools list Unleashed?

We only included a tool if its own website names Unleashed. Many order entry tools connect to an ERP through a general API or a file, so a tool that isn't listed may still be able to reach Unleashed through a custom project. Ask the vendor before you rule it in or out. Prices are in each vendor's own currency and change often, so confirm the total cost at your volume in a demo.

Logistify AI: best if you want the order entry done for you

Logistify is a managed service, not software your team runs. Its Sales Order Service creates sales orders in Unleashed from orders that arrive by email, PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls or CSV), EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail and paper, and creates sales quotes for quote requests. It replies to the buyer with an order confirmation and the quantity available on each line. Each line is priced at the buyer's stated price, or at the customer's Unleashed sell price tier when the order doesn't state one. Orders with an open question are held and reviewed by a person, and your own staff can review them.

Beyond orders, the Procurement Service follows up with suppliers on open Unleashed purchase orders, and the Accounts Receivable Service matches payments from your bank file to open invoices and records them in Xero or QuickBooks Online, whichever you use. Prices are published in US dollars: Core is US$499 a month billed annually or US$599 month to month for about 25 orders a day by email, and Business is US$999 or US$1,199 a month for about 70 a day and adds WhatsApp. Other channels come with Enterprise. There's no setup fee, and a 30-day pilot costs US$1,000. It doesn't choose a warehouse for an order. Best for: a wholesaler or distributor on Unleashed whose customers order through many channels and who wants the work done rather than another tool to run.

TierCommerce Order Entry: best if you also want a B2B store

TierCommerce is an Australian B2B ecommerce platform. TierCommerce says its Order Entry co-worker reads emailed PDF, Excel and CSV purchase orders, email-body orders, scans and photos, matches each line to your catalog, checks price, stock and credit, and posts the sales order. It lists Unleashed among the systems it posts into, through the same native integration as the rest of the platform. Lines below a confidence level you set wait in an exception queue beside the source document, and the customer gets an order confirmation. Order Entry is labeled "In beta" and comes with the Professional plan, from AUD 1,500 a month ex GST (New Zealand businesses are quoted in NZD). Best for: an Australian or New Zealand wholesaler on Unleashed that wants a trade storefront and AI order entry from one vendor.

Fresho OrderPilot: best for fresh food wholesalers

Fresho describes itself as order-to-invoice software for food distributors. Fresho says OrderPilot turns emails, texts, WhatsApp messages, voicemails and PDFs into structured sales orders "ready for your team to approve and process". Fresho lists Unleashed among its supported business systems, but its pages don't say whether OrderPilot creates the sales order in Unleashed itself or the order reaches Unleashed through Fresho's own platform. Fresho recommends 2 to 4 weeks of training before going live, so the AI can learn how your customers order. Its pricing starts from $499 a month on its Australian and New Zealand pages, which don't name the currency, and £249 a month on its UK page, plus a one-off setup fee. Best for: a fruit and vegetable, meat, seafood or food service wholesaler that may also want online ordering, picking and delivery runs from the same vendor. See Fresho vs Logistify AI.

Ordermentum Omni AI: best if your customers already order on Ordermentum

Ordermentum is an Australian ordering and payments network for food and beverage suppliers and venues. Ordermentum says Omni, its AI add-on, reads PDF purchase orders, CSV files, email body orders and SMS, and creates draft orders in Ordermentum that you preview, edit and approve. Ordermentum lists Unleashed as an inventory integration and says Omni syncs with ERP, accounting and warehouse systems, but its pages don't describe how Omni orders reach Unleashed, so ask. Voice orders are listed as coming soon. Its Small supplier plan is about $200 a month, which Ordermentum calls an approximate minimum (the page doesn't name the currency), plus a $399 one-off setup fee, and Omni is a value add-on at an extra fee that isn't published. Best for: an Australian supplier whose venues already order on Ordermentum and who wants off-platform orders in the same place.

AI Order Entry: best for emailed POs into parked orders

AI Order Entry (aiorderentry.com) focuses on purchase orders that arrive by email, often from larger buyers who raise POs in their own procurement systems. It says it creates a Parked sales order in Unleashed, through the Unleashed API or an import file, for your team to check and complete, and that nothing is completed without a person by default. It offers a free read-only shadow test on a month of your orders and doesn't publish a price. It says it isn't a fit yet below about 25 emailed orders a day. Best for: a distributor on Unleashed or MYOB with steady emailed PO volume that wants every order reviewed before it's placed.

Zestcode Automation: best if you want to own the system

Zestcode, in the UK, builds a bespoke order platform that reads emailed POs, checks each line against your Unleashed products, stock and customer prices, and creates the Unleashed sales order once someone on your team approves it. The platform is hosted in accounts in your company's name, with no per-user license. Zestcode says the capture, review and Unleashed sync usually start from £6k ex VAT and take around six weeks. Best for: a UK wholesaler with emailed orders in volume that would rather pay once for a system it owns than subscribe to a service.

Crossfire: best for retailer EDI

Crossfire, from Sandfield, is a managed EDI and API integration service with an Unleashed page. It imports customer and retailer orders into Unleashed and also sends shipment notices and invoices back to trading partners. The page mentions CSV and PDF orders as well as EDI, but much of it is a general template, so ask Crossfire what it does with PDF orders. Its plans page lists Unleashed among its prebuilt system connectors. Crossfire says pricing starts from $3,000 per connection to set up and $355 per connection a month; neither page names the currency. Best for: a supplier that trades with retailers and 3PLs by EDI. Well-known order entry tools that don't list Unleashed

These tools come up often in order automation searches. None of them names Unleashed on the integrations or product page below. That doesn't mean they can't connect to it; ask each vendor directly. B2B portals vs AI order entry

A B2B ordering portal and AI order entry solve different halves of the same problem. Unleashed's own B2B Store lets customers place and track orders, see their special prices and reorder from their history, and Unleashed says it removes manual order entry for the customers who use it. TierCommerce, Fresho and Ordermentum also sell customer ordering portals. Portals work well for repeat buyers who are happy to log in. They don't help with the buyer who emails a PDF from their own purchasing system, texts an order at 6am or leaves a voicemail. That is where AI order entry fits. Many Unleashed users run both: the portal for customers who use it, and AI order entry for everyone else. If you're still keying orders from spreadsheets, see Unleashed CSV import vs AI order entry.

Questions to ask any vendor

  • Does the tool create the sales order in Unleashed itself, or in its own platform first and then sync it?
  • Which channels does it read today, and which are still "coming soon" or in beta?
  • Who reviews the orders it can't finish: your team in the vendor's software, or the vendor?
  • Will your customers have to order through a new portal or app, or can they keep ordering as they do now?
  • What does it cost at your order volume, including setup, add-ons and AI usage?

Who should choose which

  • You want orders from email, PDF, Excel, EDI, WhatsApp, SMS and voicemail entered for you, with replies to buyers, as a managed service: Logistify AI.
  • You want a B2B trade store and AI order entry from one Australian or New Zealand vendor: TierCommerce.
  • You're a fresh food wholesaler and may want online ordering, picking and delivery runs too: Fresho.
  • Your venues already order on Ordermentum in Australia: Ordermentum with Omni.
  • You get steady emailed POs and want each one parked in Unleashed for review: AI Order Entry.
  • You're in the UK and want to own a bespoke system: Zestcode Automation.
  • Your main need is EDI with retailers and 3PLs: Crossfire.
