Short answer

Intuit Enterprise Suite's AI features are the Accounting AI (ready-to-post bank transactions, reconciliation and report checks), the Finance AI (financial summaries, including across entities), the Payments AI (reminders and late fees, US only) and the Project Management AI, with IES-only monitoring and closing tools. Intuit Intelligence's help article (21 October 2026) offers single-entity IES customers early access; Intuit's release notes (26 October 2026) present IES "with Intuit Intelligence", in beta. WIP Agent is a Fall 2026 beta.

Before you start

  • Intuit's Accounting AI article says it's included with Intuit Enterprise Suite. The Finance AI article says it's in QuickBooks Online Advanced and IES, and the Project Management AI article has IES-only sections.
  • The Payments AI is US only, and only for users who can create or edit invoices.
  • Intuit Intelligence's help article, updated 21 October 2026, says it's available for QuickBooks Online and Intuit Accountant Suite only, and that single-entity IES customers can sign up for early access. It links to Intuit's Early Access Program article for IES.
  • Intuit Intelligence's companion view is only available to primary and company admins.

From Intuit's help articles (updated 5 August to 26 October 2026) and its Fall 2026 release notes (26 October 2026). Checked 30 October 2026.

Intuit's sources don't fully agree on Intuit Intelligence. The Fall 2026 release notes, dated 26 October 2026, describe "Intuit Enterprise Suite with Intuit Intelligence", with a footnote that says Intuit Intelligence is currently available as a beta release. The help article, updated 21 October 2026, says Intuit Intelligence is currently available for QuickBooks Online and Intuit Accountant Suite only, and that single-entity IES customers can sign up for early access.

Step 2: Use the Accounting AI on bank transactions and reports

  1. 1Look for the Ready to post banner in your Needs attention widget or on your Bank transactions pages.
  2. 2Review the suggestions, change any that aren't right, and post them with a single click.
  3. 3To check a report, go to Reports, then Standard reports, open the Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss, select the Insights icon, then select Analyze Books with Accounting AI.

Step 3: Get a financial summary from the Finance AI

  1. 1Go to Reports, then Standard reports.
  2. 2Select Review Summary.
  3. 3Choose a time frame and the accounting method for your summary.
  4. 4Select Edit and export to PDF.
  5. 5Edit the text, and remove any widgets or recommendations you don't want.
  6. 6Select Generate PDF.

Intuit says the Finance AI collects data across all your companies, not just one. It gives monthly performance summaries across multiple entities for a parent-level view, and compares actuals with budgets, goals and forecasts, including balance sheet forecasting. Its data updates daily, and you can refresh it manually.

Step 4: Use the Payments AI on invoices

  1. 1Create a new invoice or open an existing one to see the Payments AI panel, or select the Intuit AI icon.
  2. 2Review the suggested payment methods, reminder schedule and late fee, and apply only what you want.
  3. 3Use the Auto-fill option in the For You section to start an invoice from a document, photo or text.

Step 5: Use the Project Management AI on projects

  1. 1Start a new project. A panel appears next to the project details, where you can ask questions.
  2. 2Drag and drop contracts, estimates or proposals. The AI fills in project details such as name, customer and start and end dates.
  3. 3Review the details it filled in and change anything before you save.
  4. 4In Intuit Enterprise Suite, set goals for project profitability, income and expenses, and upload a spreadsheet to fill in the project budget.
  5. 5To close a project, mark its status as Completed and select Review. The AI writes a closing summary you can share.

Step 6: Try Intuit Intelligence through early access

  1. 1If your IES company has a single entity, sign up for early access. Intuit's article links to its Early Access Program article for IES.
  2. 2Select Intuit Intelligence to open the assistant. Select Close to close it for the rest of your session.
  3. 3Select the Fullscreen icon to see your chat history under the Recent tab.
  4. 4Rate answers with thumbs up or thumbs down.

Intuit says Intuit Intelligence chat is included with your QuickBooks plan, with monthly usage limits that reset each billing cycle. You can buy the Intuit Intelligence chat add-on for $10/month for a significant increase to your monthly prompt allowance. It doesn't provide unlimited prompts. The article describes this for QuickBooks plans and doesn't say how it applies to IES early access. To cancel the add-on, go to Settings, then Subscriptions and billing, and select Cancel.

Where Intuit Enterprise Suite leaves the work to you

  • None of Intuit's articles describe an AI feature that turns a customer's purchase order into a sales order. The Payments AI starts an invoice from a document you upload, and IES reads supplier bills you forward.
  • Intuit Intelligence's help article, updated 21 October 2026, offers IES customers early access only, and only for single-entity companies.
  • Every suggestion still needs a person: Ready to post, reminder schedules, late fees and auto-filled project details are all for review.
  • WIP Agent is a construction beta announced in the release notes. We found no help article on it as of 30 October 2026.

How Logistify helps

Logistify's Sales Order Service covers the gap these AI features leave. It enters customer orders into Intuit Enterprise Suite as sales orders, whether they arrive by email, PDF, Excel (including .xls), EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail or paper, and a person reviews exceptions. It's a managed service, not a connector or app. For outside AI assistants, see whether you can use Claude or ChatGPT with Intuit Enterprise Suite. For supplier paperwork, see how to email bills and receipts to IES.
