Short answer

You can use Claude with Intuit Enterprise Suite. Intuit's article, updated 28 October 2026, covers connecting QuickBooks or Intuit Enterprise Suite to Claude, US only. In Claude.ai, select Customize, then Connectors, find QuickBooks and select Connect. Claude can then pull reports, benchmark your business, import transactions, and create invoices, estimates and payment links. Intuit's ChatGPT article, updated 26 August 2026, covers QuickBooks Online only and doesn't mention Intuit Enterprise Suite.

Before you start

  • An active Claude account.
  • An active QuickBooks or Intuit Enterprise Suite subscription. Intuit says you can use the connector without one, but then Claude only works with the information you give it.
  • You're in the US. The QuickBooks connector for Claude is currently available to US customers only.
  • Sign in as the right Intuit Enterprise Suite user. When you connect, you pick the company and the permissions to grant Claude.

  2. 2Find QuickBooks and select Connect.
  3. 3Sign in with your Intuit account when prompted.
  4. 4Select the company you want to connect and the permissions to grant Claude.
  5. 5Check that your Connectors list shows a checkmark next to Intuit QuickBooks.
  6. 6Start asking Claude questions about your finances.

Intuit says your data is accessed through an authenticated connection, and QuickBooks data is not used to train Claude.

Step 2: Ask for reports and insights

  1. 1Start a new chat and ask in plain language, for example for this year's profit and loss.
  2. 2Claude pulls the numbers from your books in real time.
  3. 3If a number looks wrong, check it in Intuit Enterprise Suite first.

  2. 2Claude creates the invoice and returns a link to review it.
  3. 3Check the new invoice in Intuit Enterprise Suite before you send it.
  4. 4When it's right, ask Claude to send it, or select Email invoice.

  • Payment reminders: Claude emails a reminder for an outstanding invoice after you confirm.
  • Estimates: create, update, send, duplicate and delete.
  • Payment links: a reusable link not tied to one customer, or a one-time link sent to a customer.
  • Customers and products or services: add new ones. You can also add a new customer while you create a sales transaction.
  • Deleting an invoice or estimate needs your confirmation first.

Intuit's ChatGPT article, "Connect QuickBooks Online to ChatGPT", was updated 26 August 2026. It needs an active QuickBooks Online subscription and says the plugin is for QuickBooks Online customers in the US. Intuit's ChatGPT article doesn't mention Intuit Enterprise Suite, in its body or in its product list. It doesn't say whether the plugin works with an IES company.

If something doesn't look right

  • The connection fails: make sure you're signed in as the right Intuit QuickBooks or Intuit Enterprise Suite user, then disconnect and reconnect from the Connectors menu.
  • Claude isn't using your data: check that the connector is still active under Settings > Connectors. If it shows as disconnected, sign in with your Intuit credentials again.
  • You connected, but Claude reconnected you again: reconnecting right after you connect can cause this. Disconnect fully, wait a moment, and reconnect once.
  • Your numbers look wrong: verify the data in Intuit Enterprise Suite first, then contact QuickBooks Support.
  • Claude can't do what you asked: Intuit says the connector's use cases are limited to the ones in its article.

Where Intuit Enterprise Suite leaves the work to you

  • The Claude connector's listed use cases cover reports, transaction imports, invoices, estimates, payment links, customers and products. Sales orders and purchase orders aren't on the list.
  • Intuit's Claude article doesn't say whether you can connect more than one IES entity, or whether Claude works with dimensions or consolidated reports.
  • Every transaction Claude creates should be checked in IES. Intuit's article says to review each one.
  • The Claude connector is US only, and Intuit's ChatGPT article doesn't mention Intuit Enterprise Suite at all.

How Logistify helps

Claude creates invoices and estimates when you ask it to. Logistify's Sales Order Service works on the orders your customers send: it enters them into Intuit Enterprise Suite as sales orders, whether they arrive by email, PDF, Excel (including .xls), EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail or paper, and a person reviews exceptions. It's a managed service, not a connector or app. For Intuit's own AI inside IES, see what AI features Intuit Enterprise Suite has.
