Short answer

What's new in Intuit Enterprise Suite for Fall 2026 is inventory for businesses that manufacture and ship: serial and lot tracking with expiry, sites and sub-locations, landed cost, multi-level bills of materials, barcode label printing and inventory history migration, per Intuit's 26 October 2026 release notes. Most have no Intuit help article yet. To get beta features early, an admin signs up once through the Early Access Hub. New feature sets arrive quarterly for all linked entities.

Outside manufacturing and distribution, the release adds construction billing features and the WIP Agent, all in beta. Intuit says nonprofit features and more manufacturing capabilities are coming soon, and points to the Early Access Program for beta features as they're released.

Our guides cover the documented features: pick, pack and ship, units of measure, multi-currency (beta), and the multi-level bill of materials question, with both of Intuit's answers.

Before you start

  • You're on Intuit Enterprise Suite. The Early Access Program is for its customers.
  • You're an Admin user. Only Admin users can sign up.
  • Leaving the program later means losing data from features still in early access.
  • Intuit emails a link to the sign-up page at least two weeks before each quarterly release.

Step 1: Sign up through the Early Access Hub

  1. 1Go to the Early Access Hub and follow the sign-up steps, or use the link in Intuit's email. Intuit's article doesn't list the sign-up steps themselves.
  2. 2To read about the program and the current features from inside Intuit Enterprise Suite, go to Settings ⚙, then Early access.
  3. 3You only sign up once. You're then included in all future releases.

Step 2: Wait for the features to appear

  1. 1Allow up to 4 business days for new features to appear after you join.
  2. 2Every entity linked to your parent company account gets the early-access features.
  3. 3Watch for Intuit's email before each quarterly release. It arrives at least two weeks ahead and says which features are coming next.

Step 3: Opt out if you need to

  1. 1Contact your customer success manager (CSM). You can opt out at any time.
  2. 2Plan for the data loss first: once you opt out, data from features still in early access is lost.

If something doesn't look right

  • You can't sign up: only Admin users can.
  • A feature hasn't appeared: new features can take up to 4 business days after you join.
  • A feature has left the Early Access Program: once a feature set is available to all Intuit Enterprise Suite customers, it leaves the program and a new set replaces it.

Where Intuit Enterprise Suite leaves the work to you

  • Working out how undocumented features behave. Most Fall 2026 inventory items had no Intuit help article on 30 October 2026.
  • Settling conflicts between Intuit's sources, such as multi-level bills of materials, with Intuit directly.
  • Deciding whether to rely on early-access features, since opting out loses their data.
  • Living with the multi-currency beta: it can't be turned off, every company must use US dollars as its functional currency, and inventory isn't fully supported yet.

How Logistify helps

Whatever features you turn on, customer orders still have to get into Intuit Enterprise Suite. Logistify's Sales Order Service enters them as sales orders, whether they arrive by email, PDF, Excel (including .xls), EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail or paper, and a person reviews exceptions. It doesn't set lot or serial numbers, locations or dimensions on orders. The Procurement Service follows up with suppliers on open IES purchase orders.
