Intuit Enterprise Suite Pricing: What It Costs and How Intuit Quotes It (2026)

Who should choose which

Intuit Enterprise Suite pricing isn't published. On 30 October 2026, Intuit's pricing page showed no price and no plan names. Intuit builds a custom bundle and agreement in one contract, and offers a call as the next step. Its fine print refers to per-user charges, additional entities or dimensions, and add-ons, suggesting the quote is built from those. Clients of ProAdvisor accountants can ask about up to 60% off list price. QuickBooks Online Advanced lists at $340 a month.

Where Logistify AI fits

Logistify works alongside Intuit Enterprise Suite. It is a managed service, not a connector, plugin or app, and it doesn't replace Intuit Enterprise Suite or QuickBooks. With Intuit Enterprise Suite, the Sales Order Service enters customer orders that arrive by email, PDF, Excel (including .xls), EDI, WhatsApp, SMS, voicemail or paper as sales orders, with a person reviewing exceptions. The Accounts Receivable Service matches payments from your bank file to open invoices. The Procurement Service follows up with suppliers on open purchase orders. Logistify also works with QuickBooks Online. Logistify operates in every region where Intuit Enterprise Suite is sold. Logistify's own prices are on its pricing page.

  • It doesn't create estimates or quotes, choose a warehouse, or set lot or serial numbers, locations, sub-locations, dimensions, classes or price rules on orders.
  • It doesn't create, receive or close purchase orders, run builds or manufacturing orders, or make intercompany entries.
  • It doesn't chase customers for payment, and it works from your bank file, not a live bank feed.

What does Intuit's pricing page say?

Intuit's pricing page for Intuit Enterprise Suite has no dollar figures, no plan names and no tiers. It says Intuit works with each customer to build "a product bundle and agreement that reflects your business", with everything in one contract. The next step it offers is a call with Intuit. Apart from projections from a Forrester study Intuit commissioned, the only number on the page is the ProAdvisor discount of up to 60% off list price. That wording implies Intuit has a list price; it just doesn't publish it. Intuit's upgrade page for QuickBooks Online customers describes the cost structure as transparent, with no hourly support fees, but it doesn't show a price either.

What drives an Intuit Enterprise Suite quote?

Intuit doesn't list its price drivers, but the fine print under the ProAdvisor discount names the parts of a contract it treats separately. Read together with Intuit's own help article on dimensions, it points to these:

  • Users. The fine print says the discount doesn't apply to per-user charges, so users appear to be priced individually.
  • Entities. It also excludes additional entities, which suggests each company you add beyond your starting bundle has its own charge.
  • Dimensions. It excludes additional dimensions too. Intuit's dimensions help article says making a dimension inactive reduces usage and stops it counting toward your usage limits.
  • Add-ons and other products. The discount excludes add-ons, and other products or services on the platform, including payroll, tax filing, CRM, analytics, and third-party apps or integrations.
  • Contract term and renewal. The discount lasts for the contract term, subject to any price increase cap in your contract. After that, the subscription renews at the then-current price, charged annually or monthly.

One phrase is ambiguous: the fine print excludes per-user charges, additional entities or dimensions, or add-ons "added after the IES contract is executed". That could cover all three, or only add-ons. Ask Intuit to say in writing which parts of your first contract the discount covers.

How does the ProAdvisor discount work?

  • It's for clients of an accountant who has an active QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite account and is enrolled in the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program.
  • It is up to 60% off list price, applied to the total contract value at the time of purchase.
  • It lasts for the contract term, subject to any price increase cap in the contract.
  • It can't be combined with other Intuit Enterprise Suite offers, and Intuit can change or end it at any time.

What does it cost to move to Intuit Enterprise Suite?

From QuickBooks Desktop, Intuit's upgrade page says data migration is available at no additional cost for a limited time, but only to existing QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise customers. A consultation is required, some data may not be eligible, and extra migration services from third-party partners may cost more. The same page says an Implementation Consultant guides your first close, and you get a private sandbox loaded with your data to check your numbers before you go live. See what Intuit Enterprise Suite is for what the product covers, and how to move a QuickBooks Desktop file to Intuit Enterprise Suite for the steps.

From QuickBooks Online, Intuit's upgrade page says your chart of accounts, vendors, classes, transaction history, permissions, entities and roles carry over, with a customer success manager to help with setup. It doesn't list a migration fee. Neither upgrade page lists a setup or implementation fee, and neither says there isn't one.

How does it compare with QuickBooks Online Advanced and Desktop Enterprise?

QuickBooks Online Advanced lists at $340 a month and includes 25 users and access for 3 accountants. When we checked, Intuit was offering an introductory 50% off the monthly base price for the first 3 months, for new QuickBooks Online customers who sign up for the monthly plan with the 3-month discount option. After that, you pay the then-current monthly price, and the discount doesn't apply to add-on fees. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise starts at $2,210 a year for Gold, $2,717 a year for Platinum and $5,363 a year for Diamond. Diamond is only available on a Monthly Payment Plan, which pays the annual subscription in 12 equal payments. Each user needs a license, sold separately. For the full Desktop price table, see QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise pricing. For the feature differences, see Intuit Enterprise Suite vs QuickBooks Online Advanced.

What should you ask Intuit on the sales call?

  • What is the list price for my setup before any discount, and what is it after the ProAdvisor discount?
  • What does each user cost, and does a Warehouse Worker or Project Manager user count the same as a full user?
  • How many entities and dimensions does my bundle include, and what does each extra one cost?
  • Which add-ons do I need, such as payroll, CRM or analytics, and what does each cost?
  • Does the ProAdvisor discount cover the users, entities and dimensions in my first contract, or only the add-ons?
  • How long is the contract term, what is the price increase cap at renewal, and do I pay annually or monthly?
  • Is there a setup or implementation fee? If I'm on QuickBooks Desktop, which of my data isn't eligible for migration at no additional cost?
  • Are the inventory and manufacturing features I need in my bundle, and are any of them beta? Intuit's help article and release notes disagree on multi-level bills of materials.

Who should choose which

  • Logistify AI: you're on Intuit Enterprise Suite, or moving to it, and your team still types in customer orders, matches payments by hand or chases suppliers for delivery dates. Logistify publishes its prices and also works with QuickBooks Online.
  • Intuit Enterprise Suite: you need several entities, dimensions, manufacturing orders or pick, pack and ship (US only) in one cloud system, and you accept a quoted contract.
  • QuickBooks Online Advanced: you don't need several entities in one system, 25 users is enough, and you want a published monthly price.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise: you want to stay on Desktop with a published price, and need Advanced Inventory, Advanced Pricing or up to 40 users.
