Steps checked against
Unleashed Help Centre articles and Unleashed's UK and US pricing pages, checked 23 October 2026

Short answer

Yes, Unleashed has AI features, delivered through Access Evo, The Access Group's platform. Evo Copilot is an AI assistant that answers questions about your Unleashed data. Feed sends alerts and includes an Ask Copilot function. Access Analytics adds Copilot queries in plain English over its dashboards. Unleashed's UK pricing page lists Evo: Feed and Evo: Copilot on Core and Pro. Access Analytics is included on Pro and £49 a month on Core, excluding tax (checked 23 October 2026).

Before you start

  • Unleashed's AI features run in Access Evo. If you signed up to Unleashed in 2025 or later, Access Evo is already available from the Access button at the top left of Unleashed. Accounts that signed up earlier need to be migrated first.
  • Evo Copilot works only on the Evo instance of Unleashed. Unleashed says accounts already on Evo should have Copilot automatically.
  • Unleashed's UK pricing page lists Evo: Feed and Evo: Copilot on both Core and Pro. It lists Evo: Analytics as included on Pro and £49 a month on Core. Prices are in British pounds and exclude taxes (checked 23 October 2026). Unleashed's US pricing page also lists Feed and Copilot on Lite; Lite appears only on the US pricing page, not the UK, Australian or New Zealand ones.
  • The Access Group says your prompts are never used to train external AI models, Copilot doesn't pull information from the open internet, and individual Copilot usage is deleted after 30 days.
  • Copilot only shows data the user is already allowed to see. Existing user permissions still apply.

Step 1: Open Copilot and start a topic

  1. 1From Unleashed or Access Evo, click the white "access" button in the top left corner of the page.
  2. 2From the menu, select Copilot.
  3. 3Select New Topic. If you haven't used Copilot before, skip to the next step.
  4. 4Select an Evo Skill. To query Unleashed data, pick the Unleashed skill for each new topic.
  5. 5Pick one of the suggested prompts, or type your question in the free-text field.

Step 2: Ask specific questions

Unleashed recommends making prompts as specific as possible. Add a date range, an order status, a customer, a Supplier Code, a product, a Sales Group or a Product Group. When a chart is possible, select Show chart under the answer.

  • Sales: "List Sales Orders placed yesterday" or "Show me the parked, backordered and placed orders for warehouse X."
  • Inventory: "List all products that are low in stock" or "What warehouses are products X, Y and Z stored in?"
  • Purchases: "Show me late POs" or "List of Pending Purchase orders."

Step 3: Work through alerts in Feed

Feed collects alerts and tasks in one place. Some feed items have due dates and inline actions, such as acknowledging a task. Unleashed's Feed article lists these live alert types:

  • Unapproved Purchase Orders: purchase orders in Unapproved status.
  • AIM: Dead Stock, for stock on hand with no demand in the past 12 months.
  • AIM: Stockout Risk, when open transactions would push stock on hand below zero.
  • AIM: Review Due, AIM: Upcoming Replenishments and AIM: Replenishment Overdue, which come from forecasts in Advanced Inventory Manager.

The same article marks Late Sales Orders, Low Stock, Late Purchase Orders, Sales Margin and Backorder Ready alerts as coming soon.

Step 4: Turn on Access Analytics for plain-English reports

  1. 1On Core, select Access Analytics from Unleashed's main menu, select Activate Now, and confirm the addition in the Billing page. On Pro it is included.
  2. 2To open it, select the Access button in Access Evo, go to Products, and select Analytics.
  3. 3To query it, open Copilot, select New Topic, and choose the Analytics skill. Type your question, for example "Monthly revenue trend for the last 12 months."
  4. 4Copilot shows the data view and fields it chose, then returns up to 10 rows. Select Show a chart, or View this data in Analytics to open the full result as an editable insight you can export.

If something doesn't look right

  • Analytics Copilot returns no results: ask your administrator to check that the relevant data view is turned on for your organization.
  • Analytics Copilot picks the wrong data view: follow up with "Is there a data view that has [what you need]?" It queries one data view at a time and can't join two.
  • A date filter doesn't work: some data views hold lifetime totals. Redirect Copilot to a periodic view, such as Unleashed_Customer_Monthly_Performance or the dated invoice lines in Unleashed_Sales_KPI.
  • A supplier isn't found: Evo Copilot needs the Supplier Code, not the supplier name.
  • An order shows the wrong status: custom sales and purchase statuses aren't supported, so Copilot shows them as Parked or Placed.

Where Unleashed leaves the work to you

  • Evo Copilot doesn't accept commands to make changes, create transactions or write anything back to Unleashed. Someone still enters the order, receipt or adjustment.
  • Copilot can't be relied on for math or totals. Unleashed says it is designed to analyze pre-calculated results, and warns that AI can make mistakes.
  • Evo Copilot can't see sales cost and margin data, production data such as Bills of Materials and Assemblies, or Shipments, Invoices and Sales Quotes.
  • Each topic allows 20 prompts and processes up to 100 records in a response. Each user gets 400 prompts a month, and use beyond that may be charged.
  • For stock planning and forecasts, Unleashed says Copilot doesn't match its Business Intelligence or Advanced Inventory Manager tools.

Where Logistify fits

Evo Copilot answers questions about data that is already in Unleashed. It doesn't enter new transactions. Logistify's Sales Order Service is a managed service that uses AI to enter customer orders that arrive by email, PDF, Excel, EDI or paper into Unleashed as sales orders, and creates sales quotes for quote requests. A person reviews exceptions. Logistify doesn't add a chat assistant to Unleashed.
